At Artfactree, we strive to deliver high-quality products and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty or defective product, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 7 days of shipping.
For products that are not faulty or defective, we still offer a full refund but the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Make sure to keep the boxes close.
Please note that this does not include CUSTOM ART PIECES prints, canvases or digital file.
To initiate a return, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.
RETURN POLICY
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please contact us.
The return address is set by default to our facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you.
Wrong Address - If the customer provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself. (if and as applicable).
Returned by Customer - It is best to advise us before returning any products. Returns for products, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
CUSTOM ART ORDERS
Custom orders are non-refundable. Once the customer has made on order for a custom piece, we won't accept any return. A custom piece is uniquely made for you, so once it's done and shipped your way, we can not make any changes.
Only exception is :
- you can upgrade for a print if you paid for a digital file. There will be an additional fee.
- you can choose a bigger size of print or canvas if you're no longer happy with the size you initially paid for. There will be an additional fee.
Please note that this only apply before shipping the piece. We will do our best to accommodate but make sure to choose the right size to avoid any inconvenience.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS :
Please note that 1st cycle refresh orders under subscription are non-refundable. You will be able to cancel your subscription only after the first refresh.
