At ArtFactree, we are committed to delivering your art pieces to you in a timely and efficient manner. We understand that receiving your artwork is an exciting moment, and we strive to make the process as seamless as possible.
All of our art pieces are made to order, and production typically takes 3-5 days. During busy periods, production times may be longer, and we will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.
Shipping Time:
Once your artwork has been produced, it will be shipped to you via a courier service. Shipping times will vary depending on the courier, but typically take up to 7 days. If you need your artwork delivered sooner, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Tracking Information:
As soon as your artwork has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your delivery.
Delivery:
Our couriers will make every effort to deliver your artwork on time and in good condition. If for any reason the artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Order failed to deliver
If the carrier isnāt able to deliver the items because of the wrong address, or if the package was unclaimed by you, itāll be returned to the default return address.Ā
Order was lost in transit?
If theĀ address is correctĀ but your package still hasnāt arrived, then we recommend getting in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there.Ā
If theĀ address was incorrect, then the package will be sent back to the return address (to us) and weāll contact you for an updated address when we receive the returned package. It might take a few weeks (4) before we can receiveĀ the returned package and ship it back to you. If we donāt receive the package, then youāll have to submit a new order to replace the original.Ā Please note that youād be responsible for the shipping costs.
What Ā if yourĀ package is marked as delivered but youĀ havenāt received it yet :
If the shipmentās tracking states that it was delivered, but the customer hasnāt received it, we wonāt cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
We recommend you to inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery staff. Please note that we donāt cover refunds due to carrier errors. We will try our best to help in any way we possibly can.
