Our process is simple! We will work with any inspo picture you send us, and make any necessary adjustments.
How It Works
Getting a custom piece from Smard is SUPER DUPER SIMPLE!
1. Place the order for a custom art piece on our website. Select the size and format you would want your final work of art in. Our current format options are:
- Digital File (sent via email)
- Canvas
2. An associate from our team contacts you to notify you when we have begun on your order
3. You are notified when your custom is ready to be shipped with an image of it attached (Could take up to two weeks from when the order is initially placed)
4. Your beautiful custom art piece is shipped and delivered to you!
5. You share your piece with all your friends on socials! (100% optional)
Please note that all customs will come waist up with a plain background, suitable for your unique picture submission.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
1st cycle refresh orders under subscription are non-refundable
Please note that products are made-to-order and unique to each customer; this allows us to avoid overproduction. Therefore please allow some time for the re-processing of your replacement order.

How Can I Track My Order ?
Thank you for your order. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped out. We ship our standard orders within 5-7 business days.

Why is my order split ?
Some orders may be split due to their size and the way they are packaged (example: apparel and wall art cannot be packaged together and will therefore ship separately in their respective packaging).
Where do you ship to ?
We ship worldwide.
All standard orders are shipped within 5-7 business days (NOTE: a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, or any holidays observed in USA/Canada). Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Once your order is ready, we will send you the tracking number by email or text and keep you posted on the shipment progress
Can I get my money back ?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return it within 14 days and we will refund you the full amount.**Items must be returned in good condition. For wall art, no rips, folds or stains on the prints or canvas. Apparel and accessories must not be used, worn or stained.We provide a return label for orders within Canada.
